Shipping and Return Policy
This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in the new Ecojet product accompanied by this limited warranty statement.
2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
ECOJET will, within two (2) years from date of purchase, repair or replace (at Ecojet’s option), the Ecojet magnetic motor free of charge if such movement proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. The magnetic impeller and other components will be warranted for a period of one (1) year under normal usage. This warranty does not cover damage or defects arising from accidents, misuse or neglect, or from any alterations, service or repair performed by any party other than Ecojet or an authorized Ecojet service center.

This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by (a) commercial use, accident, abuse, neglect, heat or humidity beyond product specifications, improper installation, operation, maintenance or modification; or (b) any misuse contrary to the instructions in the user manual; or (c) malfunctions caused by other equipment.
Ecojet Inc will not provide any warranty coverage unless your claim is in compliance with all terms of this limited warranty statement and you follow proper return procedure.

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your Ecojet purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.
Ecojet’s guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

Returns and Exchanges by Mail
If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Ecojet is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
To return or exchange an order by mail:
– Include a copy of your proof of purchase and Ecojet return material authorization number (RMA#).
– Proof of purchase & RMA # is required for ALL return.
– Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
